Glenn Building Apartment

Compared to other apartments in the area in the same price range, it's a great place. The location is very convenient and there is parking available (although you may have to put your name on a wait list until a spot opens up). The units are in good condition, but it's clear they haven't been renovated recently. Everything is in working order, but the fixtures were done cheaply. For example, the cabinet doors in the bathroom and kitchen don't line up properly and the shower needs to be... re-grouted.
