Berkeley Park Apartments

My experience for the past year I have lived at Berkeley Park Apartments has been both absolutely fantastic and sometimes severely inconvenient. What I love is how great the staff has been with being very communicative, extremely fast at repairs (typically completed within a couple of hours after submitting a request online which is great to do when not home!), how conveniently located their office is, how the sink is separated from the bathroom/shower, and how easy it is to pay rent online.... Some of the difficulties have been with the sound of construction being so loud and right next to our bedrooms, but that's to be expected when the company wants to expand housing with the already limited options in Berkeley. The housing should be completed soon though so this may not be an issue for you in a few months from when this post was made. Additionally, the kitchen would be better if it had a larger stove where I could cook with more pots and pans at a time and had more table space to actually cook. However, what we have had for 445 sq ft of space has been manageable. Some of the special moments I've experienced is that for Halloween, the staff leaves candy out for residents, and sometimes residents randomly leave free things out for others to take (clothes, food, mugs, lamps, etc.)! Overall, the organization for the apartment has been amazing and despite the inconvenient aspects of the place, I will miss the beautiful sunsets that can be seen on the third floor and the ease of having a secure place to call a temporary home.
