Lovely place to live!
I lived here for two years while attending UCB. It was a wonderful place to live with a great location right next to campus and a cafe. The amenities were amazing with study spaces throughout the building. The community itself is very welcoming with fun monthly events. I would recommend to those who want a fully furnished place with good accessibility to campus!

The Berk is a nice choice if you study in UC Berkeley. It is very close to the campus. The staffs in the leasing office are all very kind and helpful!

Sad to graduate
Loved living here for the past 4 years! My apartment had an amazing view of the golden gate bridge and campus! Whoever moves into my apartment will love it.
