Run down, with cochroaches galore!

The photos in this ad are many years old and does not reflect the true look of the building anymore. The property has fallen into distress since then and is a bit of a run down eyesore.

This was once an adorable courtyard building with a great old school landlord, but several sales in quick succession to Persians wanting to make a quick buck destroyed the property and landscaping, and most of all the feel, since I lived there with my dog in the 2010's. Sadly, the cheap renovations done on the...
units here in 2017 were sloppy and removed all the original charm. Paint is peeling, plumbing is rusty and old, weed everywhere. Fake wood floors and weird floor plan changes.

If you love living with cockroaches, this is a great place. You will get plenty of those since you are down on the ground level. The latest landlord, hugely disliked by the revolving door of tenants, has cancelled the gardener and the pest control. It's very sad to see this building falling apart.

Beware of the creative ways the landlord, a dentist, uses to pocket as much extra rent as they can.
