The living room is pleasant with a bay window overlooking your yard and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms each have a ceiling fan as well. The house also has an evaporative whole house cooler which is more economical than A/C and usually works pretty well in the dessert.

The row of roses greet you with fragrant blooms between the front and back doors. The porch is a nice place to sit and watch the people go by in this small town.

There is a train that runs behind the property, but from my own experience you get used to it pretty quickly.
