management does not take care of their tenants once you’re in.

When I signed lease they said after one year it would be month to month, then they changed the rules before my year was up and did not honor what was said. Rent goes up 130$ every year, apt is old and carpet smells bad, I’ve complained numerous times. Nothing has been done about it. Mold in my bathroom, instead of fixing they just paint over the the mold. This place is bad news.

Wonderful property

Property is very nice and welcoming. Staff is very pleasant to talk to and to work with. If I was looking for a place to rent, I would definitely rent here

Great staff!

The leasing/management team is great! They were very helpful and patient through the application process. Unfortunately due to a death in our family we were unable to move in. I will definitely be reapplying in the future. The grounds are beautiful and well kept!

Flowers, Sunshine and Tranquility

Canyon Pines has been home to my wife and I for our first year of marriage. It has been our first home. We love how peaceful Canyon Pines is! There is a large lawn in the middle of the complex that is always filled with children playing, laughing and having fun. We have a beautiful pool area that is always kept clean by our amazing on-site maintenance team. We have never had a problem getting in touch with Diana (Apartment Manager) or Francisco (On-Site Facility Manager). Canyon Pines has been... the perfect place to start and build a life where we always feel safe. If your looking for the same in the Orange County area, I highly recommend it!

Moved in with SO many things wrong!!!

List: door handel almost off, carpet not treated for previous pets, stains reappear, request to re-clean carpet refused, disposal leaking into cabinet, electrical outlet had no power, resurface in bath cracking, drain plug not stopping drain, toilet seat broken, toilet not bolted down to floor. All of this for 1 bedroom, 1 bath at $1600 a month, no adjustment or compensation offered in good faith. Move in 3/20/2015, all items have been repaired but has taken this entire time & several requests... to get the issues resolved.
