Joule La Floresta

I have been a resident of joule la Floresta for some time now and have seen a couple of management staff rotate through. This particular team with Deanna, Hillary , Sandra and Nef are the best. Always very helpful and really try to create a family environment in the complex.

I have been living two years and the amenities are convenient and always clean. Sandra and Nef are very friendly and willing to help. Thank you Floresta team for the excellent service!!

Living in a Joule apartment home has been great. We’ve been here over three years and it’s always clean and well maintained. The staff (Sandra, Hilary, Deana, and Nef) are helpful, kind, and responsive. Beautiful apartment and facilities and a great location.

Great location and property. Very responsive property management team. I’ve been working with Sandra at this apartment for a few years and she’s been amazing! She always finds an answer for you when you’re a resident here.

I lived here in 2018 initially, then moved back home to go back to school. Moved back here a year-and-some later. When I came back in, the new staff, Sandra especially stood out and she’s been helpful time and time again. I’ve now lived in three different units in this same complex and have had great experiences in each.
