It has charm

Pros:
It’s clean and quiet
Maintenance is friendly and fast
Management is responsive
Two pools
Dog park
And the office does giveaways and parties which are a lot of fun.

Cons:
It’s an old building
No Central AC

If you want to save money and have a quiet comfortable place, I highly recommend it.

Very unpleasant property

Really unpleasant complex to live in! Don't let the move in special fool you. Their always shutting off the water because of frequent emergency plumbing issues its ridiculous. They have residents with Pitbull dogs walking the complex with no leashes! Property has many bugs especially in the summer you cant walk your dogs because they'll catch fleas right away, there's so many spiders and other unpleasant bugs. Some residents are very loud and disturbing you can hear them as your walking by. You… have to call the tow company because there's other tenants guests that will park in your assigned carport! New management is constantly bombarding you with emails about when the rent is due and if you don't pay at the time your supposed to shell send it to legal. Some neighbors would be out in their porch smoking weed at night. Think twice about moving to this complex super expensive and its such a poor quality of living here

This place is amazing, a little old but hey that's okay. The office staff is responsive, and the maintenance guy is on it, he is really cute too;)

TERMITES EVERYWHERE

Tamarack Woods Apartments- We have a major termite infestation and management is brushing it off. When informed of the problem, we were told that it would be within 5 days. the volume of the infestation constitutes an emergency extermination. We were also told it would not be invasive (we could be home) received no phones yet they called my DEPLOYED husband (they had knowledge of said deployment) When we went in today to follow, we were told that we needed to fill out a form for it. we were not… given this form initially. Had the managers done so, we would have had this taken care of today. In addition, the information given to us today was different, claiming that we did need to vacate the apartment. this completely changes things, and we are no longer comfortable living here. The lack of urgency, respect, and general disregard for the health and safety of all of the tenants here. We are also going to report this with the management company, BBB, and social media outlets.
