leaky roof and poor communication from the company
This place has leaky roofs and the company will be shaded will not provide any sort of emails or names of people that are in charge. they will not provide a reasonable date for the apartment to get fixed. It was a nightmare dealing with these people. Avoid this place at all costs trust me.

The roof issues were caused by the recent Eaton winds and fire, which made it difficult to assess potential leaks until rain began. Once we were... notified of the issue, we closely monitored the situation and, for safety reasons, could not begin repairs until the rain had stopped.
Throughout the process, we offered multiple options to help address your concerns and worked as quickly as possible to resolve the situation. We strive to improve our communication and service, and we truly regret that your experience did not meet expectations.
