It is a 3-bedroom apartment with carpets in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Dining and kitchen floors are I believe tiles. The floor in the dining room is sloping. Our dining chairs are wobbly because of this. I believe the master's bedroom floor is also sloping.

There is no central air. There is an a/c unit in the living room and one in the master's bedroom. I don't think the apartment itself is insulated. It gets too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Both a/c units are... outdated and energy savers do not work.

Plumbing must be updated as well. Kitchen sink clogs up most of the time due to pipe being connected to the upstairs unit. Whenever the tenants upstairs use their garbage disposal, our sink clogs up.

I love the architecture of the apartment building but the materials used are thin and privacy cannot be achieved. You can hear the tenants upstairs and the next door neighbors. Read More
