Peyton Place

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for years now and it’s been vey pleasant. The building manager is always very helpful in assisting with anything needed in my rental. The amenities do need an upgrade but other than no problem.

The apartments have been recently renovated but because the AC units, dishwashers, laundry machines, dryers, grills, and workout equipment are all really old, they break all the time. I've had the AC repair people at my apartment so many times that we are on a first name basis. And the manager is almost never here. He has another couple of jobs, and its really hard to get a hold of him. When things break, he takes forever to get them fixed (but heaven forbid you're one day late on rent.) Peyton Place is a good location and has decent security & gates. However, the amenities are not so great. 1 of the 3 dryers work properly. 1 of the 3 grills work, the AC in our unit doesn't work in 1 bedroom, and the hot water cuts out after 5 minutes. Also, giant light from the unit behind that keeps us up at night.
