Very pleased!

New management is doing lots of improvement projects and the community looks amazing. I love all the fun events they put together every month. The manager and maintenance guy really take pride in this place !

WONDERFUL!

Loving living here! It's clean and there's trees and grass, and some places don't even have that. Anytime that I need someone to help me, there's always someone there within a day!

Great service, peaceful homes!

Was looking for a new apartment in the Cameron Park area and stumbled upon Cameron Oaks.
They were able to accommodate a walk in tour, and the property manager, Kaiya is amazing! She showed me the community, answered every question I had, and seems like she runs the property well. Property looked cleaned and maintained as well!

Amazing Updates!

Since moving in January, management and their team have been cleaning this place up and it is looking amazing! The grounds are well maintained, the trees and over growth have been manicured. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond. I can't wait to see what new updates are coming. Im so happy I moved my family here!

Cameron Oaks Apartments

Kaiya made the move so nice. We had a hard time finding a place because of our dog but when we came here she made the whole process much easier and they allowed our big dog!
