Riverwalk Apartments

The Riverwalk Apartment complex is landscaped beautifully, very clean, well maintained, the environment is quiet & safe. The units are old, but have been refurbished. Thanks to the Property Staff, needed repairs are done quickly & they are delightful.

The pool & surrounding grounds are beautiful. The gym has quality & functional exercise equipment. I would like to thank Cheryl, the Manager for opening the pool & gym safely during Covid/Quarantine. We know it was an extra strain on her… attention, but she made it work. The pool is heated & kept clean.

I would also like to thank Cheryl for setting up numerous Food Truck events to help with everyone’s frustration during Covid and for thanking the residents for being patient during repairs. Each food truck was delicious and much appreciated.

Please consider the Riverwalk Apartments as your home.

Relaxing & Peaceful

I just moved in at Riverwalk and everything has been perfect. Could not ask for anything else. Location is absolutely amazing , with a great walking/biking trail right next to us. Cheryl and the staff here are simply amazing and make you feel apart of the community from the first day.

Wonderful place to live!

I've lived at Riverwalk for about 7 years now, and it's been an excellent place to live. Cheryl is an amazing property manager who goes above and beyond to create a pleasant community atmosphere in the complex. The maintenance staff is very responsive to any needs and takes great care of the residents and property. There are constant improvements made in the community areas and amenities, and since I've lived here, the laundry rooms, community room, gym, and several apartments (including my own… when I moved to a 1 bedroom from a studio) have been renovated. I've never had an issue with noise or unpleasant neighbors. The location is great, close to the Pruneyard, Downtown Campbell, and many major freeways which makes commuting easy. This has been home for many years, and I highly recommend living at Riverwalk.

Great Place to Live!

I have lived here for a little over a year. The location is wonderful -- right next to the LG Creek Trail and close to the Pruneyard, Valley Fair and Santana Row. The complex is clean, well-maintained, and quiet, although a slightly older property. Management is friendly, approachable and helpful. I highly recommend living here!
