Terra Apartments

I don't rate it as excellent. Many barking dogs and scandal with neighbors who do not respect others with their cries because people do not speak, shout and, everything is heard, they must think that there are more residents and be prudent with their visits or themselves; and on the other hand, irrepressible barking of dogs day and night. My 1 year anniversary is coming up early August. So far I absolutely love this space and location. I’m super picky, and when I first applied for the apartment I was really nervous because my credit was far from great. To my surprise I was approved- could not believe it. Vanessa the property supervisor is extremely helpful, unlike other places. The entire process was not even 30 min. I was desperate to move in and the date I gave Vanessa, she was able to approve it. The apartments have what it takes. The problem is the outside of the fit for dirt in garage access steps to fit dirty never wash or clean stands. The trash people do not take it to the dumpster but in the corridor dogs urinating in the corridor and access door to fit there is no control over this and the users do not mind educating their pets, otherwise the garage is safe. Pool area BBQ grills are in terrible condition.

This complex is very big and is divided into several " islands" of four apartments each. The staff is very friendly and efficient in spite of the enormous workload the carry. There are two pools and several laundry room for your convenience. it is located centrally within the city, giving you access to shopping malls, metro, etc. Unfortunately the don't allow pets or barbeque grills.
