Great location

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and highly recommend this apartment community.
Prime Location: Everything you need is just a short distance away. It’s a convenient, accessible area that makes daily errands and commuting a breeze.

Solid Apartment Community

I’ve lived here for a while now and have had a positive experience overall. The apartment is comfortable, the grounds are kept up well, and the location is convenient for everyday errands and commuting. The office staff has always been friendly when I’ve needed help, and maintenance has been responsive when issues come up.

Like any apartment community, it’s not perfect, but it’s been a good place to live. The neighbors are generally respectful, and I feel comfortable calling this place home.… I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a solid apartment community in the area.

Frequent Water Outages

I’ve lived here for several years and wanted to share my experience.

Water outages happen frequently—about once or twice a month—and usually last several hours. This has been a recurring issue for years and is very inconvenient.

Rent has also continued to increase, but there haven’t been noticeable improvements to the property or services to match those increases.

Overall, reliability and value for the cost have been consistent concerns during my time here.

It good enough to live in..

thin walls, elevator and halls that smell like an old Vegas casino. The neighboring apartments are sketchy and dirty. but it is close to everything. and there are no bugs or any pests.
