Good Apartment

The surrounding neighborhood is busy and can be loud at times as the apartment building is across the street from the park, small shopping center, and is located on a busy street, but once you enter the complex, the outside noise goes away. It is quiet in the complex with nice friendly neighbors. The apartment is a perfect size for me and my son. Lots of closet space and large bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit small, and the cabinets are a little old, but definitely workable. On-site laundry… facilities and BBQ grills. Parking is assigned, which is fantastic! The management/maintenance team is very responsive and I love that! Any concerns or issues have been addressed same day or next!! The apartment manager is super nice and friendly, and LISTENS; that’s important. Overall, we have had a great experience.

Most bang for your buck

Large 1 or 2 bedroom units with central a/c. Neighbors are nice, and the overall upkeep of the building is good. Newer rentals are being upgraded with new cabinets and granite. Probably the lowest price you'll find in the valley especially for the size. 1000-1200 square feet. Overall I enjoy living here.

Extremely well maintained,comfortable,safe and secure.

Excellent in all respect.Easy access to all shopping centers,malls,bus stations,medical facilities,eateries,gas stations and the beautiful Lanark Park just behind this awesome apartment.Extremely well maintained at all times,almost immaculate.Garage and all entrances/exits are controlled by remote controls and the residents.Surveillance camers gives us a feeling of full security.All residents are good neighbors.Manager,Nejala is accessible 24 hours and her assistant Solomon is very hard working… ,knowledgeable and skillful.A great pleasure and privilege to be here.We greatly appreciate everything about this apt.Thank you.
