Financial Info:

Required is a 3 month minimum. There will be a month to month lease, for the stated $ amount. If you must be here less than 90 days, the rent is $150 month, or $5 per diem more for the days you are here. You will be required to share your drivers license, have a picture taken, fill out an application, show your credit report.

A renter's Insurance from any insurer with $300K Liability is required to move in as well a copy of your DL, Credit report, completed application, proof of income, month to month lease, and your picture.
