I am an artist, interior designer and small space planer and have created this Studio for... solo person. This studio would be considered a “Tiny Home” and is appropriate for minimalistic living, but not appropriate for couples. Month to month agreement with a 6 month minimum, long-term guests are welcome. If you are a person who appreciates fine furnishings, luxurious extra long Tempurpedic bed, the great linens, very comfortable and safe living situation, then you will want to call for an appointment to view this ultra clean and turnkey STUDIO/ONE BATH SUITE. This studio includes monthly housekeeping services, at no additional charge. This quiet home is high on a hill in Carlsbad. Just a few minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Carlsbad Tech center. Privacy, serenity, and security is what you will find in this studio.

RENTAL TERMS:

The “Tiny Home” is available for a single individual on a monthly basis with a $1000 deposit with good credit, (650 and above) and a one-time exit cleaning fee of $195. If you are bringing a non-barking, small dog, who is quiet and non aggressive, there is an additional pet fee of $100. There is no doggie door, but if you leave the door a jar, there is a fenced patio area. It must have tag with this address and an Apple AirTag in case of escape.

The price is includes ALL utilities, including electricity, water, cable TV streaming services and fast WIFI, mini split for air conditioning and heating, as well as free dual washer and dryer and monthly housekeeping. Also included are furniture, all linens, towels, kitchen equipment and small appliance. There is no room to bring in additional furniture.

When you arrive, you need only your clothes and food. Please do not bring furniture as there is no place to put it. I have provided all the kitchen equipment, linens, towels, and bathroom accessories. You have access to two washers and two dryers with laundry soap included. You will park on the driveway just steps away from your private entrance. You have an outdoor patio, with dining tables and chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ, outdoor sink and cooking area, all with an outstanding view of Carlsbad.

I will require that you to fill out an information sheet along with a copy of your drivers license when you arrive. I will provide a month to month California agreement.
