The home is very specious three story townhome with two car garage and a home fitness room on the first level that is just a few steps away from the sparkling swimming pool and has outdoor access.
The fitness room is equipped with a stationary bike, yoga mat, weights, bands and vibration plate exercise machine. The room is also equipped for a home office with a desk, MacBook laptop connected to HP printer.
There is a half bathroom attached to it, as well as outdoor access to a lovely patio with a sitting area.
It's a perfect spot if you work from home and love to exercise and want close outdoor access.
The living and kitchen areas flow seamlessly into a perfect modern ambiance and feel very comfortable and easy to relax.
In the living room there is a 85 inch smart TV, positioned a top of a cozy electric fireplace.
