• Tenant will coordinate with the solar provider, if needed, to ensure the solar system is connected to the internet and remains operational.

Access and Maintenance:
• Tenant agrees not to tamper with, disconnect, or damage any part of the solar system.
• Tenant must allow access to the solar provider for necessary inspections, repairs, or troubleshooting with appropriate notice.

Acknowledgment:
Tenant understands that proper use and maintenance of the internet connection is essential to solar system performance. Any damage or disconnection caused by tenant negligence may result in charges or lease enforcement action as permitted under the rental agreement.
