Community is nice and location is fantastic. Other than the horrendous customer service and front desk support, it is great. Unfortunately I cant look past the complete lack of a customer service team, and find myself being constantly ignored and unresponded to if ever trying to contact via phone or email. Residents should not have to track down the front office for questions regarding getting a garage or anything else for that matter. The office staff is great and responsive. The maintenance guy is amazing and caring. I was disappointed with the quality of my apartment. There is no luxury living here. Parking and trash is very inconvenient as well as the access to the mail and the gate on my side can’t be opened by visitors and delivery such as DoorDash. I do love how quiet and clean the community is.

Incredible staff. The maintenance people are 10/10. I don’t really have any complaints about this place.

On a Sunday morning while leaving early at 7:00 AM I noticed a water leak in my garage ceiling. I called the emergency line and Raul, one of Junior's top people, responded and showed up within 60 minutes. Stopped the leak within 30 minutes.
The next Wednesday Junior's team came right on time, fixed all the drywall in a clean and orderly fashion. This has been my Windsor maintenance experience the last 3 years.

The maintenance department is great. They are friendly and efficient. The smoking and trash and speeding by the residents is horrible. Not the fault so much of the management or staff themselves. The residents are just rude and gross around here. There are some kind people, just a lot of not kind or considerate people.
