I am a current resident. The complex is clean, quiet and well maintained. It is centrally located in Carmichael CA in a great neighborhood and close to shopping, Mercy San Juan Hospital and Sunrise Mall. I found this great place out of good luck and 6 months of apartment shopping. I am so happy to live here. It is my home to stay. The management team is professional and courteous!
