I lived at Meridian for several years before relocating for work. I enjoyed the privacy and fairly secluded area which provided a peaceful atmosphere. I rented a two bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bath, which was plenty spacious enough for me, my son and my two dogs. The private washer dryer was a huge plus! The property itself was well maintained and landscaped, which included a garage for one of my vehicles and uncovered parking for the other. Management was conscientious of any of my concerns and always... returned my calls within a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance corrected the very few issues I did experience while living here and overall, I rarely had a complaint. If you do find yourself in an apartment living situation, this is definitely one of the better options in Sac county.

Horrible new management- DO NOT LIVE HERE
We have lived here 6 years. We had amazing management, Buddi and her daughter Gia. This place was always taken care of, and you always saw Gia walking around talking with residents, cleaning, upgrading things that were broken. They were on top of their game. Then we get a new manager, Curtis. He seems like a good person but has absolutely NO clue what he is doing. Many tenants are leaving because of him. He told us all we need to do was clean up and vacuum before we move because they were going... to gut our place... which they should. And with the tremendous rent increase, I would expect nothing but perfection, but that’s not the case. He was not there when we moved in to see the apartment before, he said we shouldn’t have to worry about taking anything off of our deposit, and on our walk through he said he is taking of $300. We were there SIX years and paid our rent on time always. If you want to move into a place where management lies to you, things don’t get taken care of, most tenants are leaving because of this new take over and management, be my guest. I’ll pray for you.

Transitions often come with new processes, including how move-out inspections and deposit itemizations are handled. Our goal has always been to apply these standards consistently and fairly to all residents, in accordance with lease agreements and property conditions at the time of move-out.
Over the years since this review was posted, our community has undergone significant improvements, including upgraded roofing, enhanced landscaping with weekly service, and a continued commitment to maintaining a clean, well-cared-for, and pet-friendly environment. We’re proud that many residents who have joined us since then have had positive experiences and chosen to make this their home.
