cockroaches and noisy neighbors
very dirty apartments and the management would let the neighbors do karaoke loudly until night time

Great Management
The manager of the building is very reponsive especially when there are complaints from other tenants. She makes sure thay the level of noise is regulated and warns uncooperative tenants. The maintenance crew are approachable and they work efficiently. There's a small bean-shaped pool and washer-dryers inside the complex. The only downside is that there is only one parking space available per room. Regardless whether it is a 1-bedroom or a 2-bedroom. However, you may find parking outside.
