Not a place I would recommend renting

Choose this place only if you don't mind the dust, noise, and paying the highest rent in town.

Small area no space to walk around.

You pay a mandatory "valet trash" pickup fee per month and don't get the option of dumping your own trash yourself.

Cars have constantly been broken into at the "secured" garage. Twice have happened to me. Management is helpless in stopping this kind of crime.

Be aware of back charges when you move out. They don't let me in at the final inspection and then send… me a $2000 bill a few weeks later claiming that is the damage I've done to the countertop without presenting any proofing evidence. A surprise operation coming from a publicly listed company.

Car break ins again and again , tire/wheel theft

Car break ins again and again , tire/wheel theft , so far we have heard 4 to 5 but Apartment is not taking any action to stop it. (absolutely zero actions to prevent it) Nobody taking responsibility for car wheels theft ., Apartment has to install cameras in every floor and have security to control all the inbound cars (literally checking all the cars day and night.).. This is crazy , so many people complaining about their cars wheel has been stolen. weird . In fact there was a car wheel theft… happened during the Day time thats what apartment communicated. I do not recomend , in fact this week also we heard car break ins and i am not sure why Apartment management is not taking any responsibility / nor doing anything. These many car breakins and tire/wheel theft.. sooooo weird. NO security , not a Safe Place to stay anymore . it was a wonderful apartment a year back .. but its too scary now-a-days when hearing all these Car burglaries / wheel theft again and again. and surprisingly NO one is taking responsibility. ???????? I would recommend Apartment should take necessary & tight SECURITY measures & actions to prevent it and check everyone going in and out..

We have hired a Courtesy Patrol company to monitor our community 7 nights per week, and we do our best to keep our residents informed of… any concerns. Happy camper

Love this community, been living here the past 3 most now and the staffs has been nothing but helpful. Lamor was my leasing agent and anytime I had a question, he was always willing and able to answer them. It was very hard for me to find an apartment coming from so far, not knowing the area I was pretty lost. But Lamor explained everything to me that was in the surrounding area, Trader Joe’s across the street, Walmart, StarBucks and some of my other favorite stores. They are very fast once it… comes to maintenance, Javier the maintenance man is so sweet and helpful. I would recommend Sage to anyone who’s looking for a community to call home.

Sage review

Very hard to reach them at the property and especially over the phone. I know they're a new property,however, they seem to be nonexistent. Staff members do not seem knowledgeable of the units they show and general move in dates.
