I love the Brookside apartments. You get a lot more house for your money! Each unit feels so spacious. The jacuzzi room and community rooms are so cool and fun and always clean.

I really enjoy this building. Everyone is so nice and the management really cares about the tenants. Even during Covid, they were nice to let the children draw on the floor with chalk and they just clean it up after. Thank you for being understanding during the pandemic. The building is clean and a great value. Can’t find other units this nice for this price. Love the decor too.

My roommate and I lived in the brookside apartment for 18 months. The first 11 days we didn't not have gas due to a previous tenant, but brookside never informed us of this or helped us out. They have a rat issue in the surrounding plants and grass area of the apartment complex and we would often find dead rats along the walkways. After we finished moving out the property manager came to check out the apartment on the walk through. During the walk through all we kept hearing is it looks amazing... in here. We were told the security deposit check will be sent after 21 days. We did not receive the check until 43 days after we moved out plus we had $470 taken out due to cleaning and painting. At very most they had to touch up one spot of the wall. They decided to paint the entire apartment and charge us for it. If I had another opportunity I would have not moved into this apartment. Please read before renting a unit.
