No Management
If we could give this review minus 100 we would. This apt complex used to be pretty nice. It is now under new management and literally nothing is done! It's disgustingly dirty outside, no maintenance is done, repeated phone calls have been made the last 5 MONTHS to get smoke alarms replaced that are broken, porch light fixed which has been broken for almost a year, microwave broken, lights out. Have only received one call back, in 5 MONTHS, claiming maintenance would be there to fix the issues... within 24 hours. That was almost a month ago and NOTHING has been done.
