    Super comfortable and quiet!

    Burnap Gardens is a haven in North Chico! The complex is always quiet and all my neighbors are great. The clubhouse on site is fun to use for events and the pool area is always clean. The manager Debbie goes above and beyond for everyone that lives there. I’ve loved my time at Burnap Gardens and won’t be moving any time soon!
