Best Place to Live

Foothill Manner is the place to live!! They have a pool which is amazing for summers in Chico. The property is always well maintained and the housing is all updated. Sara the landlord is wonderful!! During our application process and move out process she was giving us updates and always quick to answer any questions we had. She is very understanding and willing to work with you. The neighbors are friendly and it’s very dog friendly! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in… Chico.
