I wrote a maintenance request about my dishwasher having a leak during the draing cycle. Karl came out the next afternoon to check it out and put in a repair request with their appliance contractor. They called the next day and we made an appointment for them to come out and inspect it as soon as they could.

Carl is super personable and handles situations with professionalism. As a previous maintenance worker for a different property management, you dont fine many like him. Give that man a raise!
The property and community is fantastic. It has a beautiful landscape with many amenities and is safe. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a safe and warming community / area in Chico.
The management team makes their best efforts to show they care about your concerns. Ive lived... here for 3 years now and love it

Very Poor Results I requested to have my Dishwasher repaired three plus months ago! Ginno's came out twice and finally agreed with me that the PC was bad. They referred the matter back to Sterling Oaks Staff. who have chosen to drag their feet. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. We have not had a manager onsite for some time. Yet, each month I don't receive a discount for not having a dishwasher. Which is part of the rental agreement. Basically, I continue to receive... excuses. Enough for now, I have to go buy some more paper plates.

Customer service here is very poor. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate of others. You can let them know about issues several times and they’ll do nothing about it. We cannot wait to move out of here.
