The apartment itself was clean and a great fit for a college student. Move-in was smooth, and the online payment system worked well. Management was responsive during the lease — at first.
However, since my son moved out over two months ago, we’ve had zero communication from the property. We have not received any portion of the security deposit, nor have we been provided with an invoice or itemized statement explaining how it was used — which is required.
At this point, we will be contacting the... corporate office directly.
