The Regency Apartment

Great apartments for college students. The area is fairly quiet, and the actual apartments are nice. They each have washer/dryers and dishwashers. There is a pool but it is usually filled with leaves, but that's Chico for you. There were a few things that needed to be fixed as soon as we moved in and they didn't take long to come take care of it. Parking is nice because there are always spot available. The only thing is that when they come and do maintenance, they blow all the dirt... straight at the cars. Overall, nice place to live.
