Great place to live!
I loved my second floor 2 bedroom unit! It was one of the cheaper floor plans (Cedarwood) so I was initially worried it wouldn’t be much space, but with the vaulted ceilings on the second floor, it feels super spacious. I also really recommend the south/west side of the property (Chino Ave side), specifically Covey Court, it feels less crowded, and we had views of trees and even a view of the mountains from our balcony, not someone else’s living room.

Great Community & School
Eagle Canyon Apt. is a great community to live in with helpful management staff and quick response maintenance team. We have lived here for eight years happily with friendly neighborhood, convenient facilities, large swimming pool. It right next to the great Eagle Canyon Elementary School, very close to shopping and service areas, walking distance to community park. It is a safe community.

Very rude manager and unprofessional
I couldn’t make my move in date and the manger Stephanie said they will not refund my deposit I didn’t if even move in it was a holding deposit!

They do not value their current residence
Every year your rent is increased significantly. I came on the sight to compare what they wanted to increase my rent to what they were charging new residence, $250 more!!!! Watch out when you move in. They like to claim everything is new, however, with in a few weeks, stains started showing up in my carpet and I noticed the bottom of the kitchen draws are painted. Also look under the kitchen cabinets, they tape and paint over areas they do not want you to see. Only reason they get one star... is the maintenance staff was always great. So no, your kitchen cabinets are not new and they only had the rugs professionally cleaned (nothing really is new :-(

Ventlation
Beautiful view on some units .poor maintenance ,no ducts ventlation in baths and kitchens. Lack of parking spots .one or two cock roach is consider ok by the management. Good floor plans, lots of closets. Not so bad .
