I’ve lived here for over a year, and the amenities are terrible. The laundry room is full of washers and dryers that do not work. The machines even eat your change, then you have to call a number and tell them which machine took your money and they send you a check weeks later. The manager is rude and very unprofessional. She approached my husband a military war veteran and was very aggressive toward him telling him he couldn’t do mechanical work on his car, which he wasn’t. Here, we live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. We have a kitchen, living room, and tiny "dining area". Its a nice apartment, clean carpet, nice paint color, new bathtubs and sinks. My only complaint would be, ELECTRIC STOVES. I am new to San Diego county so i dont know how they do things. Electric stoves are just sooo hard to cook with. The "flame" is either too hot or doesnt get hot at all. Its as if, "inferno hot" is the only setting.
Other than that, the on-site laundry room is okay... , the pool has been remodeled, the greenery is always kept up, and the noise level is low.
