Worst apartment complex I lived in

I’ve lived in this complex for a while and unfortunately there are several ongoing issues that future residents should be aware of. The walls are very thin you can hear conversations, footsteps, and TVs from neighboring units. If you’re looking for a peaceful or quiet environment this may not be the right fit especially with children frequently running and playing in the parking lot.
Lighting in the buildings is quite poor, making hallways feel dim and uninviting. Each unit is assigned one… parking spot but enforcement is lacking and people often park wherever they want leading to unnecessary frustration. Additionally many residents keep personal items and clutter in front of their doors which makes the walkways feel messy and unkempt.
Security is also a concern. While there’s a gate it’s often left open overnight raising questions about how secure the complex really is. If you do choose to live here avoid the first floor noise from upstairs neighbors and the parking lot will likely be a constant disruption.
This place might work for some but if you value cleanliness quiet and a well-maintained living environment I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I wouldn’t do it

Living in this complex has been a frustrating experience. The walls are very thin—you can easily hear your neighbors, which makes it hard to have any privacy or peace and quiet. Despite assigned parking spots, residents rarely park in their designated spaces, creating daily parking challenges.

There are frequent plumbing issues throughout the units, and when maintenance does respond, the work often feels rushed or poorly done, leading to recurring problems. The complex is also very noisy… overall, with kids frequently playing in the parking lot, making it difficult to drive safely or find quiet time during the day.

Another concern is the presence of spiders and bugs, which seems to be a regular problem despite pest control efforts. Between the noise, maintenance issues, and lack of enforcement of basic rules, I would not recommend this complex to anyone seeking a comfortable or well-managed living environment.
