When Applying, you will be required to pay $50 Per Person Application Fee and a $150 Holding Fee and this Is Nonrefundable. This holding fee is non-refundable if you cancel your application due to the screening outcome or for any reason. There are no exceptions! For instance, if your application comes back Approved with Conditions requiring a Higher Deposit or Cosigner and you can not comply with these requirements. Or if your screening comes back denied.

If your screening comes back Approved and Rental History and Employment History are good, you will be required to pay a Regular Deposit. If screening comes back Approved with Conditions, this can require either a Higher Deposit or it can require a Cosigner. We will advise you of which condition after screening is complete. The holding fee will then go towards your move in cost if your application is approved. When applying, you must upload your most recent 30-day pay stubs. We also require your ID or Driver's License . We can not process your application if we do not have all the items required . We may also request additional documents to verify your income/rental and if you can not provide what is requested, your application will be canceled. No exceptions and holding fee will be forfeited. Income requirements are 3 times the rent. We will do a credit check, background check, employment verification and rental verification.

Wonderful Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Spring Creek Apartments. The apartments are very well kept and the property is always clean and maintained. The amenities are nice, the landscaping looks great, and the environment feels peaceful and safe. Maintenance is quick to help when needed, and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment community.

Great apartment complex!

Great apartment complex! The amenities are really nice, and the dog park and dog spa come in handy. My pup absolutely loves it here! The grounds are always clean and well maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The ladies in the office are very helpful, friendly, and quick to answer any questions.

A wonderful and comfortable property with amazing, professional staff

We lived here for just 2 years and the leasing office had the most amazing staff. Piper and Gordana are wonderful and incredibly courteous. Anything we needed, they were just a call or email away. I can't even describe how professional, responsive, and accommodating Gordana is. She took care of 95% of our needs and is truly a sweetheart. Rest assured if you live here, she will absolutely take care of you and will continue to advocate for your comfort and peace of mind. Whether it's scheduling… pest control visits or maintenance visits Spring Creek has you covered and is a wonderful place to make your next home. Also, its conveniently located off of Greenback Lane so there are a wide plethora of amenities and shopping outlets all within 5 mins of each other, Costco is also 5 mins away off of Auburn. Living here has truly been a delight and we will miss it, we're sad to say good-bye for now.

my experience

I lived here for only 6 months before I couldn’t take it anymore. This is the shortest time I’ve leased at an apartment complex. My lease here was for a year and ends in December but unfortunately I can’t do it here any longer. the apartments themselves are decent and not an issue. This is not the place for you if you aren’t fond of constant construction and loud noise. My neighbors since the day I moved in have been outrageously loud and rude. blasting music the moment it hits 10-1015 as well… as there children screaming, parties being had late at night , stomping , running around, tv blaring through the wall and constantly mean mugging my camera, banging on the walls at 4 am. That’s not to include the standing outside my door and talking about me. (I have friends that speak Spanish) I reported my neighbors to the management team and they simply told me that they are not the type of complex to deal with this behavior from such tenants. So I was simply happy to have them deal with the problems so that we could all move on. I had simply explained to them that I did not want to complain, but that I was not able to continue to tolerate the loud noises being let out at night. The problem was never dealt with. They ended up telling me that because there was more of them than me ( I am a single person) that’s why they are loud. definitely a violation of my lease. I have a right to peaceful environment, just like them. I hope management does better for future tenants.

wonderful apartments

These apartments are the best I've lived at. anytime I had a maintenance request, it was immediately addressed. super pet friendly. the only downfall is they are removing a lot of the grass and trees and putting the fake grass in. they removed some much loved shade and the new fake grass makes the place look kind of cheap. for the most part the place is quiet. the apartments are modern and beautiful. parking is close and assigned with guest parking. I'd return to this complex for sure.
