I have lived at this complex for a couple of years now, the management and maintenance has ALWAYS been very helpful. They make sure to respond back in a timely manner along with making any repairs in a timely manner. The community itself is very friendly and quiet.

Been living here for a year and a half. There apartments are over priced . Everything is out dated! Very small! Management is rude. Can definitely find something better for the price

Have been living here for a few months now and love it! The property is very quiet, and I feel very safe living here. Management and maintenance are very nice and super tentative to the property. I plan on staying here and renewing my lease as long as I can! Def recommend to all looking for a wonderful place to stay.

We moved here right after having our first baby. It was our first apartment so we didn’t need anything fancy and we liked the area here. This one one of the worst mistakes we had ever made. My 6 month old daughter had black knees and hands from crawling on the carpet, we were INFESTED with cockroaches. We told the manager and she doesn’t have much to say about anything and kind of makes you feel like your being dramatic, so she sprayed for us 2 times but we remained infested since no one eles… was sprayed. Water is shut off randomly without notice which is always pleasant. In the middle of summer our ac unit went out, Niomi the manager was very rude and basically told us we were lying because it was a new unit, although the only reason she decided to give us a new one was because it “had mold growing inside.” So my daughter was breathing in mold. We got out after our year lease was up, we’ll what we thought was a lease. She ended up telling us that we were never even on a lease.. weird because I kept all my paper work and she had put a note on our door to renew our lease.. anyways if your thinking of moving here.. just don’t. I hated living there I was disgusted with my home for a year. It’s infested with bugs, it’s not updated AT ALL, and the manager is pretty rude and doesn’t like to fix anything or better the apartments. I’ve never been so happy to leave. Read More
