First of all, the assistant manager, Letha is super friendly and professional. I completed my application to lease a 1 bedroom loft and within a few days, was approved. The loft had been remodeled within the last few days prior to moving in and is wonderful!! New carpet, new tile, brand new stainless steel appliances, new paint and other fixtures!!!! Jennifer, the manager, responds quickly to maintenance requests and lease adjustments. Maintenance request was taken care of the same day! First off I would like to add the gates work less than half the time, they have a cat problem at this location. The walls are thin in the lofts so you will hear your neighbor. There is a roach problem in most units. Most tenants keep to them self and are pleasant. Parking isn't a problem if you have a spot, family and friends will tho have a problem. The spa doesn't work and hasn't in years. If you can afford the rent here look else where than.

I liked living in the loft but I LOVE my 2 bedroom! So much space and tile through with carpet in the bedrooms. Nice size patio with high gate for privacy. The rent is okay for what the market is rite now, but I really do love the quality of my apartment. I never hear my neighbors but do here some traffic, nothing too bad. Never have a problem with parking. The gates actually work. I would recommend to a friend.

Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone! The staff is useless, unfriendly, and refuse to fix anything! Yet they always manage to raise the rent every year.
