Nelson rescue the review
To be honest, we were angry and frustrated because the air conditioning hadn't been working properly for a month. Everyone—including the office staff—ignored the issue and turned a blind eye, acting negligently. Honestly, this deserved zero stars, but I’m giving it three because Nelson came to our apartment last Saturday and really listened to our concerns; he even made sure the right people came to fix the problem. He took action that very day to address the issue that had been going on for a… month. Thank you very much
