Fantastic Place to Live

I've been at Sycamore Green Apartments for five years now and it is a really great place to live here in Concord. The apartments are a good size and the facilities, including the fitness room and pool, are always clean and accessible. The office staff is attentive and respond quickly to any issues that arise (which was critical during the recent series of storms).

Beautiful apartments, feels like home

The units here are spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. The staff is kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond. I have never met four kinder people who run this beautiful community. I highly recommend making Sycamore Green your home.

Beautiful Property, Great Location, Great Staff

Due to employment changes, we were forced to move out of the area and closer to work which is very unfortunate because we loved living at Sycamore Green Apartments for the last few years. The property is well managed, very well maintained with nice spacious units, updated amenities, and the staff is excellent! They are always friendly and very responsive. It's a great location and we highly recommend living here. If we're ever back in the area and need a rental, we will definitely come… back.

Beautiful complex and great management

We have lived here for several years, and are quite happy. The complex is full of trees so our power bill is lower than normal. The apartment is well managed and problems are addressed immediately.

The rent has always been reasonable. We are right next to a Trader Joes and a Starbucks, so that is super nice.
