Family apartments
The apartments rent is by your income. Corona de Oro is for low-income families. The managers and facility staff keep the apartment outside area clean. There are two different annual inspections. The rules are strict. There are more children in the apartment then adults. The children can not ride their bikes, skate, skateboard, or scooters on the property. The playground is small and intended for children 5 years of age and under. The bed rooms are spacious. Upstairs and downstairs, 1.5... bathrooms and a small patio. Washer and dryer facility on site with a pool. Gated community with carports and garages. Some apartments have the fake wood flooring. All have refrigerator and dishwashers. Cable ready and central a/c.
