Beautiful community, clean and amazing neighbors

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for how well this community is maintained all year round. It’s clear that both the residents and the staff take pride in keeping the common areas clean and welcoming. The attention to detail really shows, and it makes a big difference in our day-to-day living experience.
We also love the convenience of having such a great variety of restaurants and businesses in the nearby plaza. It’s incredibly helpful, especially when we have guests...
over — everything we need is just a short walk away.
The floor plans here are another highlight. They’re not only beautiful but also thoughtfully designed, which makes living here even more enjoyable.
Renewing my lease each year is an easy decision because of how accommodating and well-managed this property is. Thank you for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.

WORST LEASING OFFICE EVER

guys!!!!!!! I have scheduled multiple appts to come tour and every single time they’ve given me 1pm slot just for them to go to lunch and not return for hours! I waited an hour and a half to tour and just ended up leaving. PLEASE DO NOT live here they don’t care about potential new residents

Rent Elsewhere if possible

Currently living here, there is parties thrown inside apartments frequently, train is super loud, neighbors are allowed to be as noisy as they want as long as they are within hours. So if you are someone that needs to get up early for work avoid this place at all cost. This is a smoke free community but constantly smells of weed and cigarettes. People speed through the parking structure oh and I cannot forget about the clicker for the gate is constantly not working they say that they have new... ones when you go in they tell you that they have handed them all out and are waiting for more. So make sure you have some patience because you can be sitting waiting for someone to come out or someone that has a clicker that works.
Just waiting for my lease to be up and I’m out! For what it cost to live here is certainly not worth it.

Loud train horns-24 hour

We have moved to this place recently, everything is on spot. We love being here, except the unbearable train horn sounds which you will hear through out the day. BNSF rail line exist close by this place (370 feet). Its been 10 days we have moved to this place, and never had a proper sleep (>4 hours) which is obviously impacting on our health and also on personal and work life.
During the tour the agent didn't mentioned about the rail line. I have tried whiteNoise, ear plugs etc which didn't...
helped at all.
I have signed a leasing contract for 1 year which has ~80 pages and its clearly mentioned about the rail line in the leasing documents. I should have read all 80 pages before I sign the contract.
I request future tenants to consider this before moving/applying.
I request to staff to mention about this during the tour.
Apart from this issue, I like everything about this place.

Verified Renter

Love this community. I really enjoyed living at One11...Management and Maintenance Personnel were very accommodating and responsive whenever I had an issue with work orders etc. I highly recommend this place. Its a quaint place, yet outgoing for the younger crowd. Two major freeways close by, as well as many stores and restaurants close by.
