This place is infested with bugs. The manager is very rude. You will not sleep it is very loud. Every step your neighbors take you will hear it including conversations and even people using the restroom! The walls are very thin and the floors are creaky. Notices are constantly put on doors for them to enter for “maintenance checks” and so on... and I mean CONSTANTLY. You can not do anything or put anything on your balcony without the management complaining so it is basically useless unless you... are doing your laundry. Overpriced and waste of money.

Horrible absolutely the worst living experience
Do not rent here. Burglaries, they don’t follow rules of lease, management rude, horrible, the worst place ever.

Wonderful Experience
I lived at River Ridge for 13 years and enjoyed the beautiful apartment and grounds. I felt at home there and made many friends during my stay. I especially liked having a washer/dryer in my home,the garage was an added plus too.I would still be there now but I got a new job in an other city. If you are looking for an apartment in Corona, check out River Ridge, you'll be glad you did.

Rolling down the river
Nicely kept landscape but has constant water issues; my apt had ants crawling out of faucet in tub. Noisy. Parking issues with residents with more than 2 cars. Spiders invading. Provides good home pkg but needs repairs place is old.
