I’ve lived here for over 3 years and love the location and amenities. The management however has really gone downhill. They have a hard time communicating efficiently and tending to issues that are actually important. They’re worried about painting the buildings to a boring color but don’t seem to care about my termite nest with chewed up wood and termite droppings. They’ve started to enforce silly rules regarding how we park in our parking spots and what can be on our balconies but every time... it rains, I’m left with only a few inches of dry walkway for weeks. Over priced apt. Location is great but you will live in less than good apt.

I 've been happy with my Broadstone apartment, I think the staff is excellent and I truly enjoy the pool.

Its to expensive and the fact they dont charge less when you cant use the amenities because of COVID-19 is a little ridiculous. Half the reason I came to the complex is because of the amenities. I will not re-up when the lease is up, because of the price, Constant issues somewhere in the building, people not picking up after their dogs, and not giving a break when the amenities are not to be used.

Love living here! Incredible to be living right on the water steps away from literally everything. I can ride my bike or even walk to work. My apartment is updated and feels like a luxury space. So many useful amenities and options. Perfect place for me.
