What to expect

This location is nice to live in, but for the cost of what you get is definitely something to consider. Living at this location you will have issues with safety. There are a lot of speeders in the alleyways and streets which make it a hazard if you plan on letting your kids play outside the complex or near your garage. The location's gates that are meant to keep strangers or randoms out are usually broken or open to anyone to enter, so you may get some random visitors. At night you may encounter... a drunk or homeless person in the alleyway so be sure to take someone outside with you. For deliveries of packages make sure you have someone at home waiting for it or ask a trusted nearby neighbor, again reason being the gates are not secured. For the laundromats in the complex they are limited and usually being used or some are broken down, your best bet is to head over to a local public laundromat nearby there are 2. If you request for some repairs you may be waiting for awhile to receive or you just will lose that added amenities that they claim to give you while you reside here. Also there is a school nearby as described, but they do fail to mention you are near a rehab center so you will have some nights where the alleyway is overcrowded and also some heavy smoking or drinking, random bottles left behind. In some cases you will also experience loud live band music due to the events the rehab center hosts for their attendees. All in all the place is a nice location, but for the price definitely not worth your look into unless you are willing to pay the monthly rent and have no other option and accept to live with what is described. Best of searches and thanks for reading my review.
