Quiet and safe place with easy access to restaurants and freeways

In this small apartment complex, with just 13 units, a lot of my neighbors have been "lifers" here. Some of my neighbors have lived her for 20 and 30 years, and they really enjoy it.

What I love about where I live is that it feels like a small community, and you know just about everyone here. It's also quiet, with easy access to the 55 freeway. I love the location - I am just minutes from Newport Beach, or I can hop on the freeway and be at South Coast Plaza for some good shopping or … Westminster or Santa Ana for some really good Vietnamese or Mexican food.

The Management is probably the best I've ever encountered. They respond right away to any need.
