The maintenance team never shows up even when you submit several requests. If they do show up, the job is left half complete or done very poorly. The entire complex has a major ant problem. There are colonies everywhere so it’s impossible to keep them out of your apartment. We have pest control spray and bait our apartment regularly and the ant situation hasn’t gotten any better. We keep our place extremely clean and it doesn’t help. Also creepy people live here, there is always someone watching... you swim or following you around. It feels unsafe.

Pretty Okay
This place definitely has its flaws(unhelpful office management)but it’s not a bad place to live. It is very affordable and and offers basic amenities. Very dog friendly!

Ridiculous
This place is a complete joke! It is cheap from the paint on the walls to the fake wood on the floor! The apartments do not have AC central systems but the office does!! They don't care about their tenants well being. If they didn't care then we would have AC's and not having heat strokes!!
