NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN 9 MONTHS

06/17/17. Sorry, there was nothing lower than one star. Went down there today, tried to get in. No answer at the gate. No way to get in. No answer on the phone.
Repeatedly. We went back, same thing over again. Try to ask people living in there about the manager and they just stare like they don't understand you.

There's no communication with the leasing office...

Been trying to contact this place for the past few weeks. No response to either my voicemails or emails. I guess this is how they view they'll get tenants, by ignoring them and making them come in person (in which then they won't be there). What a waste of time.

Does Anyone Actually Live Here?

Called twice, got sent to voicemail both times, and they never got back to me. I thought I'd take the initiative and drive up to the apartment myself to speak to a real person, however the entire property is gated off so there's no way to access the leasing office without using their message box outside the gate, which of course results in the same monotonous voicemail. There is the option to leave a written message in the clear dropbox they have next to the gate, but it doesn't look like it's… been touched in years.

In short, do NOT waste your time driving here or contacting the owner. It's clear that this is the result of poor management or the landlord simply doesn't care to do business with prospective tenants. Either way, their service, or lack thereof I should say, speaks volumes about their character, and I for one would most certainly not want my hard-earned money to be lining the pockets of someone with such negligence.

they dont answer the phone and don't bother driving down to see if they have a leasing office no one will be there!!!
