unclean and old equipment

we moved recently and our experience was not very good, the air conditioner is very noisy, it just roars like a lion in the bathroom, everything is very old and cheap, the cabinets are painted and sticky, the paint cannot dry from the humidity, the floor is made of the cheapest of painted paper and is already wearing out, in addition, the lounge is very dirty, the pool spa area is dirty, the bottom is black, they said that they will paint it next year. in addition, homeless people sleep near the… building, near the entrance closest to the bus stop. Bicycles are not allowed to be parked in the garage, the child has to drag it to the second floor every day after school. The manager is not at all reasonable man.

This place is full of mold

Do not move here. While it is affordable, don't waste your time. There is so much moisture (and probably mold) in the apartments to the point where towels in the bathroom will not dry over night. The pool is now open, but only by appointment. The appointments end at 4:30 in the afternoon.....not sure who is off work by that time! I'm thinking this Covid thing has been a good excuse for maintenance to be cheap and lazy. There are many other apartments in the area, not to mention Huntington Beach.… ....keep looking.

I have lived here almost a year and a half. The management is great! If there is any problem, in my experience very minor they are very attentive and do everything they can to help and quickly. Cons are there are a lot of homeless but they mind their own business, also it can be quite loud at times due to cars on this semi busy street. Over all me and my roommate love it...close to everything

Awesome Location.. Mean Landladies

I love where I live. Walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants, shopping center, movie theatre, etc. However the landladies in the front office are rude. Their attitude changes once you sign the lease. If you do decide to live here, make sure to stay on their good side. And try not to be a shady tenant.
