Park Mesa Villas

Parking here sucks tbh. It’s gated and we get spots and fobs so I figured parking would be fine, but nope. Random cars just sit at the gate, follow people in, no permits or anything, and take all the open spots. Good luck finding anything if you get home from work late. Kinda makes the whole gated thing pointless since nobody’s checking it.

Maintenance is actually really solid and the pool and pickleball courts are nice, apartment interior is decent.

I have truly enjoyed my time here so far. The maintenance and office staff are quick to respond to any issues that do arise. I highly recommend to anyone.

Nice and clean area. Was welcomed and received with lots of care. Really loved the area. Great customer service. I would recommend the apartments there. Thanks to the staff who puts there effort.

This is THE WORST complex I've ever lived in. I do not go out of my way to complain but this is bad. Management is rude and does not care about keeping residents happy. Any upgrades break. They refuse to fix. Unsafe trees falling in the wind that management does not care to fix. Parking is bad and insects galore. If you'd like to waste your money and peace of mind this is the place for you.

I have lived here for 2 years. I have experienced nothing but rude and threatening office "managers". I would NOT recommend this place even if someone paid me. They also shut off my water without notice because of an " emergency ". Funny how when its their emergency it ia ok but when we need something we get the cold shoulder. Delmay is the "manager" and treats you like you're the scum of the earth. I'm moving in 21 days and it cannot come fast enough. They even threatened my wife and I to go to... legal if we didn't pay by the 10th which is 2 days before the date I already agreed to pay last rent. Sorry about the rant but I would recommend looking at ANY other apartments. Read More
